One of the greatest blessings of Jaclyn’s life is that she was raised in a loving Christian home.  At a young age, Jaclyn committed to following Jesus Christ. God’s grace and faithfulness are the heartbeat of her passion to lead fellow believers in re-discovering that knowing Christ is the way to life EXTRAORDINARY.  Below you will find topic ideas for ministry training, teambuilding, women's and girl's events.

MINISTRY TRAINING

WIRED THAT WAY for the Believer
Personality Training for Ministry

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another as I have loved you…”

We all long to love the way Christ loves, but we must ask, “How Lord? These people are…different.”  As we live, work, and attend church with people of different personalities it can be extremely difficult to make relationships work and to truly show Christ’s love. This interactive presentation serves as a tool in learning to understand and recognize our God-given personality as well as the personalities of others. Once we understand how our spouse, family members, and friends are “wired”, we can begin adjusting our expectations and behaviors to immediately see improvements in relationships.  As a Certified Personality Trainer, Jaclyn enthusiastically presents her knowledge of the four main personalities: Popular Sanguine, Powerful Choleric, Perfect Melancholy, and Peaceful Phlegmatic.  Each audience member will receive their own personality profile and will leave with a clear understanding of how to amplify their strengths while working to overcome their weaknesses all in an effort to truly show God’s love and become more like Christ.

This presentation may be given as a keynote and is excellent as a half or full-day seminar, 1.5 -6 hours. Also perfect for couples and women’s retreats!  This topic may be packaged with tools and resources for further study.

RELEASE THE LIES, RETAIN THE PROMISES
Letting Go and Pressing On

What lies do we let creep in and cause us to question God’s deep love for us and His promises toward us? Based on the story found in Isaiah 36, Jaclyn brings women face to face with the lies that have been holding them back in their service and relationship to the King. Jaclyn brings the story full circle and encourages women to let go and press on by offering a fresh look at the amazing promises found in God’s word.

A Biblical perspective on staying faithful and helping young believers do the same.

Rooted in Jeremiah 17:5-8 and the unique story of a soy bean farmer, this presentation explores the importance of growing deep spiritual roots and the urgent need to water the spiritual roots of younger believers. Often discouraged by the apathy and desertion of other “believers” from the faith, Jaclyn takes a deeper look at why it is so hard to stand strong and stand long in the Christian life. She holds nothing back as she reveals to Christian adults the struggles teens and new believers face and urges them to get involved in watering and rooting others in the Word.

This presentation can also be combined with text from Titus 2:3-5 and the story of Naomi and Ruth for the encouragement of mentorship among women in your church or group.
